Phase 1 – Maintenance Team Relocation

This phase focused on creating a new, fully functional space for the site maintenance team, including:

- Construction of new partition walls

- Electrical and mechanical installations

- Installation of a new extract system within the workshop area

Phase 2 – Refurbishment & Reconfiguration Works

The second phase involved refurbishment of the existing Elliott building, transforming it to include a new WC block with 20 cubicles and a new staff office.This phase included:

- Strip‑out of existing partitions, ceilings, flooring, and furniture

- Electrical and mechanical installation: power, data, lighting, CCTV, plumbing, extract systems, radiant heating panels, and sanitaryware

- New partitions, MF ceilings, and suspended ceilings in the staff office

- Installation of new IPS units and cubicles

- New flooring, hygienic wall cladding, and full decorations

Extrernal Works

- New insulated roof covering

- Installation of new windows, doors, and composite cladding to all elevations

- DDA‑compliant handrails to the WC entrance- New ramp and steps to the office entrance

- Installation of new below‑ground drainage to support the upgraded sanitary systems
